About the event

Taught by Aymara Lucero from Concerned Cook and TV's Inside South Florida, join us for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience celebrating elevated empanadas crafted with buttery Argentinian empanada dough in a delicate puff pastry style. Hosted at Flora & Fauna, a luxury floral boutique and champagne bar, this small-batch class unfolds in a beautifully curated setting surrounded by fresh blooms and elegant details. The experience includes a glass of wine thoughtfully curated from Flora & Fauna’s bar.


In this small-batch workshop, you’ll taste and learn to create three gourmet fillings:

• Mediterranean – Whipped goat cheese folded with vibrant basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.

• Herbed Prosciutto Delicate ribbons of prosciutto paired with creamy mozzarella and fragrant thyme for a savory, aromatic finish.

• Rustic Artichoke – Marinated artichokes with creamy ricotta, Parmesan, and slow-caramelized onions for a rich, layered flavor.
