Taught by Aymara Lucero from Concerned Cook and TV's Inside South Florida, join us for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience celebrating bright, coastal flavors through the art of fresh Gulf shrimp ceviche. Hosted at Flora & Fauna, the experience includes a refreshing glass of wine thoughtfully paired to complement the vibrant flavors of the ceviche.
In this small-batch workshop, you will learn to prepare a customized Gulf shrimp ceviche, layering citrus and fresh ingredients, then finishing it with toppings like chili oil, mango, vegetables, and avocado for a refreshing dish perfect for warm-weather gatherings.
Each guest will enjoy freshly prepared ceviche during class, a glass of wine, and leave with the confidence to recreate it at home.
